These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of patriotshowers.com and the forms, quote requests, and communications offered through it. The site is operated by Patriot Showers LLC ("Patriot Showers," "we," "us," or "our"), a South Carolina limited liability company and licensed general contractor (SC License #CLG.127566, Building-BD2). By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of This Site

You may use this site to learn about our services, request a quote, and contact us. You agree not to use it unlawfully, to submit false or someone else's contact information, to interfere with its operation or security, or to collect information from it by automated means without our written permission.

Quotes, Estimates, and Consultations

Submitting a form is a request for a free, no-obligation consultation. It does not create a contract and does not obligate either of us to anything. We provide pricing only after an in-home consultation, because the price depends on the condition and configuration of your bathroom. Any figure discussed before a written proposal is an estimate, not an offer.

A binding agreement exists only when you and Patriot Showers sign a written contract. That contract, along with its warranty documents, governs the work — where it differs from anything on this site, the contract controls.

Content on This Site

Descriptions of products, materials, timelines, and installation are provided for general information. Photographs may show completed projects, manufacturer product photography, or representative examples, and your finished bathroom will differ based on your space and selections. We work to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or current, and we may change it at any time.

References to a one-day installation describe typical projects. Actual duration depends on the scope of your project and conditions found during the work.

Communications and Text Messaging

When you give us your phone number and check the consent box on a form, you consent to be contacted by phone and text message, including with automated technology, about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Our SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the messaging program in full and are part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us.

Financing and Promotional Offers

Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Terms, monthly payment amounts, and promotional periods are set by the lender, depend on the amount financed and the plan you qualify for, and may change or end. Any promotion advertised on this site is subject to its own terms and to availability.

Intellectual Property

The Patriot Showers name, logo, site text, photography, and design are owned by Patriot Showers LLC or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or republish them without our written permission. Third-party marks, including BathWraps, belong to their owners.

This site may link to sites we do not operate, including manufacturer, financing, and review sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site.

This section applies to the website only and does not limit our responsibility for the work we perform, which is governed by your contract and by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms waives any right you have that cannot be waived under law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this site belongs in the state or federal courts serving Greenville County, South Carolina.
