These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by Patriot Showers LLC ("Patriot Showers," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to these terms. They are part of our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Program Description

Patriot Showers sends text messages to homeowners who request a quote, schedule a free in-home design consultation, or otherwise ask us to contact them. Messages relate to your quote request, appointment scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, installation and project updates, replies to questions you send us, and occasional offers on our bath and shower remodeling services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

How You Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile number on a Patriot Showers web form and checking the consent box, which is never pre-checked, or by giving us your number and permission to text you over the phone or in person. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us — for example, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or having a project in progress.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Patriot Showers does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates for messages and data will apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opting Out — Reply STOP

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling us at (864) 685-7691 or emailing info@patriotshowers.com. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from phone or email contact; tell us if you would like those stopped as well.

Carriers & Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to transmission limits and conditions outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

Privacy

Your mobile number, and your consent to be contacted by text, are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your information only with the service providers that operate our lead intake, CRM, and messaging systems on our behalf, and only so they can help us contact you. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the revision.
