Call Center Representative
When a homeowner in the Upstate calls Patriot Showers about their bathroom, you are the first person they talk to. Your job is to answer the phone, understand what they need, and get them on the calendar for a free in-home design consultation. Everything our company does starts with that conversation — which is why we pay a real hourly wage and bonus you every single day you hit your number.
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners across the Upstate
- Follow up with homeowners who requested a free design consultation
- Book in-home consultations on our design team’s calendar
- Confirm and reschedule appointments so the calendar stays full
- Log every conversation accurately in our CRM
